The neo liberal whip is lashing out on the backs of the unemployed. It's wearing us out with it's constant accusations - claiming that people are too lazy to get a job, or that union influence on labour politics is keeping them out of work! The unemployed are being used as a brick in a game to keep wages down, portrayed as an embodiment of weakness and lack of initiative. Not fit for work and yet a willing spare part as we race to the bottom.
