A: Have you heard about the latest development in the Walters case?
B: No... all I know is that he is on trial for kidnapping and arson.
A: Well, it turns out that there was someone in the building that he is accused of burning down.
They died... so now he is facing charges of murder or manslaughter.
B: Are there any witnesses that might point the finger at him?
A: I'm not sure, but the prosecutor is set on getting a conviction, so if there were any
witnesses he will find them.
B: This case is overly publicized... how can they expect to get an unbiased and fair trial?!
A: What do you mean?
B: The media has had so many shows on the Walters case that everyone has heard of it.
People already have their opinions and the trial is just starting!
A: I'm sure the verdict will be just.
