Dream Is Destiny The river Lyrics

It was little drops first, like the morning dew on petals. Then it became a tiny brook, a fleet stream... and the land guzzled the water like it has never tasted the sweetness of fresh liquid. The little stream kept on growing, bigger and bigger every day. The fountain seemed to be deep and infinite in time and s___e. The stream grew enormous so fast it became vast and dense. A broad, deep river... suddenly it was everywhere. It's fluid you know, filled in every hole. And the land was so dry... it led the river's way and welcomed the water it brought. The river hit the dam with full force, but the dam was steady and firm. It said 'I stop your flow dear river, this land needs no more drops of your water'. So the river stopped and flooded on this side of the dam. All living died or fled and the fountain dwindled away. The river turned into a huge dead lake, shrinking and shrinking, consumed by the sun and isolation. The decaying lake was captured, nowhere to flow. In agony it dreamed of the days when it could run free and fresh, until memories faded away, hopes vanished, and nothing was left but a swamp.
