If you're not happy with what you've got and want more than you have - you may be suffering from excessorexia. You want everything to be perfect and - in excess. You want to have a perfect body, an ideal home and a successful career.But if you pursue perfection all the time, you will lead a miserable life.
Images of unattainable perfection are surrounding us. In magazines, films and TV ads pictures of perfect lives are haunting us.
Flawless faces, perfect families, lovely houses and great cars...
In fact, they're stressing us out. We are under pressure to look good, to smell good and to present a perfect image to the outside world.And if we can't?
Well, we feel frustrated, inadequate and - terribly unhappy!
